1. Our team can only play on a certain night but the rules say we have to have 2 choices. Can you guarantee me that night?

Sorry, everyone, no guarantees. The reason we ask for 2 choices is because certain nights fill up quickly and we can only have 17 teams on each night. I can't play favorites. BUT these decisions will be made on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Those who turn in their registration packets early will have the best chance at securring the night they really want.

2. What if I don't have a team to play with but I want to join the league?

At this time, please email me your name and phone number to kellywelke@hotmail.com. When there are enough single players to make a team I will notify you so that you can get together, create a name and come up with the registration fee of $150

3. Can we have sponsors?

Yes you sure can. No restrictions.

4. Can we wear uniforms?

Wear whatever you want as long as it is not offensive or inappropriate. Please remember there are families with children who dine on our patio and we want everyone to feel comfortable.

5. Are there any restrictions on team name?

Again, as long as it is not offensive or inappropriate you can call yourselves whatever you want to.

6. If the ball hits the net on a serve but still goes over is it a good play?

The rules are vague regarding this, but yes, the play is good.

7. Where do we find Waiver Liability Forms?

They are the last page of the 2010 Rules and Registration packet. The packet is available online on the news tab under the "Summer Co-Ed 2010" message.

8. When will we be notified if league is cancelled due to inclement weather?

The decision will be made by 5pm and notifications will be made at KROC and on this website. Please do not call the pub. The staff is very busy and does not have time to field dozens of questions while the answers are right at your fingertips :)Thank you for your cooperation.

9. Do we play all 3 games in a match to 25?

Yes. Because we do the standings based on overall wins vs. losses you should play all 3 games to 25 if time permits.

10. How do you add another member to your roster after you have already submitted your roster?

Email the name of the player, team name, and league to kellywelke@hotmail.com and I will enter it for you.

11. What is the weather policy for cancelling games?

If there is lightning, major rain down pour or incredibly high winds we will cancel games and it will be posted on this website. Tonight's games (June 8th) are ON!

12. Is there playoffs or some kind of end of the year tournament?

There are two end of the season tournaments. They will be held the weekends of August 14/15 and Aug 21/22. The top 30 teams from all the leagues combined will compete in the 2nd tourney while the bottom 30 will play in the 1st. Teams must specify to the league administrator, Kelly Welke, that they are interested in participating by July 31st. The standings will be based on the precentage of wins vs losses throughout the entire season. Cash/Gift Card prizes will be awarded to the top 4 finishing teams of each tournament.

13. where can i get a complete copy of the rules?

The rules are listed in the registration packet.

14. Can a team play with more guys than girls? So if a team is down 1 girl, does a guy need to sit out also? Thanks.

There must be at least 50% female players on the court at all times. If you are down a female, you must then be down a male also.

15. The FAQ[1] says that the rules are listed in the registration packet.... Can you post the entire set of rules online? [1]http://www.binkiesleagues.com/faqs/#anchor_13

It's already on the front page of the home page of this website, 4th notification called Summer Co-Ed. I re-posted it last month.

16. How do you edit the team name once one is already on the registration?

Once a team is entered, the only way to edit the entries is by emailing them to me at kellywelke@hotmail.com and I will update them before the season starts.

17. We do note have enough players this week. Who do I notify to cancel/forfeit a match?

You can either email me or your opponant to notify.
